3. Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted include any method supported by Stripe.
• Payment terms depend on the service agreement but may be due upfront, on a recurring basis, or after invoicing.
• A $10 late fee is applied after 10 days of non-payment.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a customer is not satisfied, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

6. Intellectual Property

We do not provide downloadable materials, software, or branded assets to clients. Clients are not restricted from sharing internal tools or processes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Confidentiality

Depending on the services provided, we may have access to sensitive client information. We commit to maintaining confidentiality and protecting client data.

8. Messaging Terms

• By opting into our messaging services, you agree to receive communications from Braceyourself Solutions LLC.
• Message frequency may vary by user and service. You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
